TARA — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Tara, we want every purchase to feel special. If something goes wrong, we’re here to fix it quickly and fairly.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • Your order does not arrive within the maximum delivery window (after full investigation by our logistics team)

For damaged or incorrect products,
an unboxing video is mandatory.

2. Time Window

You must submit your request within:

48 hours of receiving your order

Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

3. What You Need to Provide

To help us resolve your issue fast, please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Unboxing video (required for ANY damage/wrong item claim)

  • Photos of packaging

  • Description of the issue

4. Refund Method

Once approved, you may receive:

  • Refund to your original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video (required for damaged/wrong item cases)

6. Return Policy

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • “Not liked” or “changed mind” reasons

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damage on arrival (with unboxing video)

In most cases, items do not need to be shipped back due to international logistics.
If a return is required, we’ll guide you through it.

7. Replacements

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement is shipped at no extra cost

  • If out of stock, you may choose a refund or an item of equal value

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible
